1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the PregnaZone application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the application.

2 Nature of Service

We provide through the application:

Medical consultations with licensed obstetricians and gynecologists
Weekly tracking of fetal development
Personalized health and nutrition advice
Medical records and test results storage

3 Your Responsibilities as a User

•Provide accurate and truthful information about your health condition

•Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

•Inform the doctor of any medications or previous health conditions

•Seek emergency care immediately in critical situations

4 Subscriptions and Payment

Monthly and annual subscription packages are available

Payment is processed through the app store (App Store / Google Play)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the store settings

Refund policy is subject to app store regulations

5 Limitation of Liability

The consultations provided through the application are for general guidance and do not replace direct clinical examination. The final treatment decision rests with the treating physician at the hospital.

We are not responsible for any medical decisions made based solely on electronic consultations without direct medical follow-up.

6 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, and we will notify you of any substantial changes through the application or email.
